About the Graphic Design Program

Our energetic courses provide intensive foundational studies, taught by career graphic designers and educators, to small class sizes of like-minded students.

With a focus on fundamental and conceptual development, our program provides the instruction necessary for entry into the many commercial disciplines of graphic design. From creating engaging compositions to the use of design in a tech-centric future, course topics include an introduction to graphic design, typography and layout, image making and illustration, identity design and branding, and digital interface design.

Our classrooms include a multidisciplinary design studio and computer lab, providing access to industry-leading hardware and applications and analog tools that promote skills required for a multi-faceted future in graphic design.

After earning your associates degree you can continue on to a bachelor of fine arts through advanced studies in a mentor-driven education in the topics that interest you, while preparing your work for portfolio exhibition.
